The Career Fair Employer Toolkit provides all the in- formation and ICPF resources industry companies need

to connect with students and showcase the benefits of working in the corrugated packaging industry. They’ll find helpful tips to prepare for the fair, ideas to strengthen digital connections, and ICPF resources that can be shared with job seekers and students to get them considering a career at their company and in the corrugated packaging industry at large. One of the interesting activities to fea- ture in a career fair booth is the ICPF on- line Jobs Quiz designed for young people ages 12 to 25. Students answer a series of questions to see what careers in the corrugated industry are most suitable for their personality. While some learn bet- ter through hands-on experience, others prefer learning from others, collaborating, structured programs with set guidelines or experimenting and pursuing new ideas on their own. The ICPF website, careersincorrugat- ed.com , also highlights many other re- sources ICPF has developed to showcase the benefits of finding a rewarding job and lifelong career in corrugated. “Connecting with the younger genera- tion is the key to building a successful tal- ent pipeline,” Salaverria said. “The industry needs to build a sus- tainable workforce, and by engaging with younger people, box makers can attract fresh ideas, new perspectives, and an understanding of modern technologies and sustainability trends.
