Women of Flexo Conference Speakers, Agenda Announced

The FTA Women of Flexo Conference has released its lineup of conference speakers along with an updated con- ference agenda. In its third year, the conference brings together industry professionals for two days of network- ing, education, and empowerment. Hosted at the BOBST Competence Center in Georgia on March 4-5, 2025, this year’s theme, “Art & Science”, will highlight the balance be- tween technical expertise and creative problem-solving in the industry. The conference kicks off Tuesday afternoon with Jen- nye Scott of Berry Global, who will explore the nuances of professional relationship-building in “ The Art and Science of Networking. ” Following her, Maggie Reed of Edale will present “ Turn- ing Up the Volume - Getting Our Voices Heard ,” offering insights on amplifying women’s presence and influence in the industry. The day will conclude with a panel discussion, “ The Science Behind Flexo and the Art of Navigating Technical Roles ,” moderated by Kara Pedigo. This session will feature industry professionals Amira Jyawook of Coim Group; Allie Ayers of DuPont; Viviane Ramsey of Sun Chemical; and Jennifer Amaral of Fortis Solutions, sharing their experiences and strategies for suc- cess in flexography. Competence Center Tour Day two begins with a tour of the BOBST Competence Center. Tara Halpin of Steinhauser, Inc. will then lead a ses- sion on “ The Art & Science of Resilience & Leadership ,” delving into strategies for professional growth and adapt- ability. Next, Rachel Acevedo of Ace Media & Marketing will present “ AI: A Whole New Way of Working ,” providing practical guidance on how to use AI in your everyday work.
