KEY FEATURES OF CONNECTIVITY

• Building management is providing Wi-Fi in the common areas of the building.

• The Point of Entry cables are run in protective conduits between the edge of the building and the Main Telephone Room and the Verizon Enterprise Room. • The Main Telephone Room and the Verizon Enterprise Room are environmentally controlled. Having the telecommunications rooms environmentally controlled limits the chance of equipment overheating.

• The Main Telephone Room and the Verizon Enterprise Room have a wet sprinkler system. Wet sprinkler systems do not prevent the communications equipment from experiencing outages in the event of an accidental discharge of the the system. • The building has two vertical riser pathways through which telecommunications services are being distributed to tenants on each floor.

• The building has two diverse riser pathways running from the 1st Floor to the 8th Floor. This provides carriers with multiple pathways to deliver their services to tenants on each floor. • There are four conduits extending to the roof for new telecommunications cabling and ample space for new rooftop equipment.

•Crown Castle Fiber and Zayo are capable of providing dark fiber services at this location. Dark fiber can be used by tenants to connect directly to their internal corporate networks and systems. •From an equipment perspective, there is spare capacity to install new telecommunications equipment in the building.
