eTOD organizations, investing organizations, national prevention collaborative dedicated to health, safety and wellbeing, affordable housing oriented organizations eTOD: affordable housing and accessible, safe, and quality public transportation, and cultural preservation of neighborhoods, financing LA THRIVES came together around the opportunity and the challenge resulting from passage in 2008 of Measure R, a half-cent sales tax that is funding the expansion of our transit system, virtually doubling the size of the rail system and the number of stations, meantime creating at least 160,000 jobs. a.
