B. Services – Distance Based Tolled Pipelines Crossing the Alberta-Saskatchewan Border Tolls for Service on the following pipelines include some distance-based points. Tolls for these points represent a pro-ration of the full distance toll, based on the distance of haul that is being utilized to/from these points. Note: IS-1 (Interruptible Service tolls are based on 100% Load Factor) BH (Back Haul Interruptible Service tolls are based on 100% Load Factor forward haul) * Macklin-Unity includes an NPS 16 pipeline and the Macklin compression facilities. ** Pierceland-Cold Lake includes the Pierceland West compression facilities, an NPS 10 and an NPS 20 pipeline. Applicability 1. The General Terms and Conditions of Many Islands Pipe Lines Limited’s Tariff, as amended from time to time, is applicable to this Rate Schedule and is hereby made a part hereof. 2. The tolls of the Company are regulated by the Canada Energy Regulator on a complaint basis. The Company is required to make copies of tariffs and supporting financial information readily available to interested persons. Persons who cannot resolve traffic, toll and tariff issues with the Company may file a complaint with the Regulator. In the absence of a complaint, the Regulator does not normally undertake a detailed examination of the Company’s tolls. 3. The Commodity Charge shall be payable on the Energy delivered at the Point of Delivery. 4. The Demand Charge shall be payable based on the Contract Demand. 5. For all Interruptible Service Agreements, the Minimum Monthly bill will include any additional costs incurred.

Effective Date: April 1, 2025 as per filing with the CER.
