Assignment MIPL(C)L Assignment Request By The “Assignor” of Contract Demand
___________________ (the "Assignor") wishes to assign to _____________________ (the "Assignee") the following Contract Demand currently contained in a Transportation Schedule of Service between Many Islands Pipe Lines (Canada) Limited ("MIPL(C)L ") and the Assignor, MIPL(C)L Contract No. _______ (the "Schedule of Service"): Receipt Code Delivery Code GJ/day
The Assignor herein requests that this Assignment will be: (check one)

Temporary - for the period commencing _______________________ and terminating ________________________; or
(b) Permanent - commencing ____________________________ and for the remainder of the Term of the assigned Contract Demand.
The Assignor understands that, prior to any requested Contract Demand Assignment becoming effective, this request is subject to review and approval by MIPL(C)L. In the event that MIPL(C)L approves the within request, the Assignor agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in Appendix A, attached to and forming part of this request. The Assignor further agrees that by virtue of this request for a Contract Demand Assignment, the Assignor is granting authorization to MIPL(C)L that, in the event the within request is approved by MIPL(C)L, MIPL(C)L has the authority to make any necessary amendments to the Transportation Schedule of Service in order to achieve the requested Contract Demand Assignment. The Assignor agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of any such amendments. The Assignor further agrees this request is a Contract Demand Assignment request only and if requested accordingly by the Assignee and approved by MIPL(C)L, the Assignee will hold the same rights to the assigned Contract Demand which were held by the Assignor under the Transportation Schedule of Service at the effective date of the Contract Demand Assignment.
I hereby warrant in favor of MIPL(C)L that I have authority to sign this Contract Demand Assignment Request and authorize this Contract Demand Assignment on behalf of the Assignor.

Assignments : A temporary Assignee cannot request an assignment of Contract Demand held by virtue of a temporary Contract Demand Assignment.
Appendix A
• The Assignor does hereby assign and transfer unto the Assignee that portion of Contract Demand, as set out herein, and all benefit and advantage derived therefrom, and to hold the same, from and after the Effective Date, subject to the Assignee’s performance of the terms and conditions applicable to the assigned Contract Demand. • The Assignor shall be responsible for rectifying any outstanding imbalances in existence at the effective date of the within Contract Demand Assignment, with respect to the assigned Contract Demand. • The Assignor agrees to execute such further assurances and do all such further acts as may be reasonably necessary for the purpose of affecting the Contract Demand Assignment. • In the event a temporary Contract Demand Assignment is selected, and subject to the foregoing, MIPL(C)L will first look for performance of the obligations of the Terms and Conditions of the Transportation Schedule of Service from the Assignee. However, the Assignor remains ultimately obligated for the observance and performance of the Terms and Conditions of the Transportation Schedule of Service, with respect to the assigned Contract Demand. Further, the Assignor shall remain obligated to provide any and all financial assurances pursuant to the General Terms and Conditions.
