International Recruitment Norfolk Primary Care, in collaboration with the Norfolk & Waveney Integrated Care Board (NWICB), has successfully explored and facilitated ways to enhance international recruitment, recognising the value that global expertise brings to Primary Care. This is along with the enhancement of the workforce to meet the ever-increasing demands for the provision of staff in Primary Care. International professionals can enrich clinical practice, alleviate staffing pressures, and improve patient care. Through this partnership, NPC aims to strengthen education and training by facilitating knowledge transfer, mentorship, curriculum development, and technological innovation. Additionally, the potential of collaboration with international academic institutions can support research, professional growth, and higher accreditation standards, ultimately contributing to a more sustainable and high-quality Primary Care workforce.
