Staff pay: Many of the staff are not happy with their level of pay, which reflects broader financial challenges beyond employment with NPC, however, we remain committed to engaging with staff to address concerns and strive to be an employer who upholds fair pay to our staff. Staff development opportunities: This could be an area which is enhanced in regular clinical and non-clinical work supervision meetings with colleagues and line managers. We strive to celebrate the contribution of individuals in the services where they work. To enhance staff experience and address the above concerns:

� Investigate Staffing Issues and Review Workforce Planning: Hold role-specific forums or listening groups to explore perceived understaffing. If feasible, assess staffing ratios to ensure sustainability. � Enhance Staff Development Opportunities: Emphasise career enhancing opportunities within the organisation by offering staff the platform to develop their skills, expand their professional network, and pursue meaningful career progression. Encourage continuous learning through mentorship programs, training workshops, and access to educational resources, fostering a culture where employees feel supported in achieving their career goals. � Celebrate Improvements and Promote Wins: Regularly communicate positive changes and staff contributions through internal channels to boost morale and advocacy. � Annual Benchmarking: Re-run the survey annually to track trends and improvements. We will actively encourage staff to feel part of the development, improvement, and shaping of our organisation, services, and their personal careers. The insights gathered from both clinical and non-clinical staff are invaluable in shaping our organisational priorities. We are currently analysing the detailed responses across all eight sections to identify strengths and areas for improvement. The results demonstrate strong foundations in team relationships, job satisfaction, and purpose-driven work. Continued attention to operational support and visible change based on feedback will help maintain a high-performing, resilient workforce. These findings will inform our ongoing efforts to:
