CarShare The University works with ‘liftshare’ to provide staff with its very own car share scheme. To use the scheme you need to register your journey details and you will be matched with other registered members who live locally to you. West Midlands Travel Card Coventry University staff can spread the cost of bus and rail travel to work with an annual West Midlands Travel Card. The University will initially pay for your Travel Card and you can meet the cost via monthly deductions from your salary. This allows you to benefits from the discounted travel rates associated with purchasing an annual pass, whilst still allowing you to spread the cost, interest free, over 12 months. Healthcare University staff members can benefit from specially discounted membership rates on a cash plan. Discounts and savings Coventry University staff have access to discounts on a huge range of products and services, from savings on everyday supermarket shopping to holidays abroad and dinner out for the evening. The University has also negotiated discounts on a host of products and services in and around the Coventry area.

Annual leave Coventry University offers generous annual leave entitlement, which is linked to your grade and length of service. Our current provision is a minimum of 25 days rising to a maximum of between 38 and 40 days dependent of grade (plus bank holidays).
