It would be up to each citizen to decide whether to install the application. It would also be possible to deactivate it at any time, or to completely erase it. The effectiveness of this application will depend on the uptake rate among the population.
Before considering the use of the application, the Gouvernement du Québec considers it essential for citizens to be able to express themselves on this issue. This consultation will make it possible to inform the population and gauge their interest in such an application, and to properly identify their concerns.
