First Grade Gets Scientific! Our curious First Grade scientists spent the day immersed in hands-on discovery during Science Exploration Rotations! Students traveled from classroom to classroom, engaging in exciting experiments led by each First Grade teacher. From stretching slime and squishing playdough to testing oobleck’s mysterious properties and watching color burst during the Skittles Diffusion Experiment, students had the chance to observe, question, and explore like real scientists. The day wrapped up with the Wacky Balloon Experiment, leaving students eager and inspired!

Third Grade students recently embarked on their very first novel study—and they rose to the challenge! Through this experience, students built their reading stamina, engaged in thoughtful literature circle discussions, and sharpened their critical thinking skills. With each chapter, they grew more confident in sharing ideas, making connections, and diving deeper into the text. It was a meaningful step forward on their journey as independent readers!
Future CEOs in Action!
Fifth Grade students recently wrapped up their exciting journey through BIZWorld, where they stepped into the shoes of real entrepreneurs. Over the course of the project, students learned about the entrepreneurial cycle, formed their own companies, and created unique products to sell. The experience culminated in the lively BIZWorld Market, where families and visitors shopped to support these imaginative and hardworking young business owners. It was a fantastic showcase of creativity, teamwork, and real-world learning!
Math Masters Multiply the Fun! T To wrap up May with some math excitement, Fourth Grade students competed in a lively Multiplication Showdown! Classes went head-to-head to test their fact fluency and show off their lightning-fast multiplication skills. With plenty of cheering and spirited competition, students celebrated their hard work and growth as confident, quick-thinking mathematicians. What a fun way to multiply the momentum as the year winds down!
