As the school year ends, Edison Success Academy celebrates a year of learning, creativity, and community impact through student exhibitions and passion projects. Students explored meaningful topics such as endangered animals, the impact of religion, mental health, and injustices toward Black Americans. Through quarterly exhibitions, students shared their academic growth and personal projects—many of which included real-world applications like social media campaigns, activity fairs for younger students, and many more. These presentations gave students a platform to reflect on their progress and inspire others with their research, creativity, and commitment to change. ESA is proud to uplift student voice and foster a community where learning leads to action. ESA Students Explore Diverse Career Pathways Through Real- World Experiences Throughout the 2024–2025 school year, Edison Success Academy students explored a variety of career paths through hands-on learning, college visits, and industry connections. Students visited Kean University and Middlesex College to learn about academic programs and campus life. They also had meaningful conversations with recruiters from Innovate Salon Academy, Universal Technical Institute, local electrical, plumbing, ironworkers, and construction unions, and NJ Transit, gaining insight into trade and technical careers. Culinary sessions led by Rutgers Cooperative Extension and Edison Township Culinary Arts teachers gave students practical experience in food preparation and nutrition. These opportunities are part of ESA’s commitment to helping students make informed choices about their futures —whether college, trade, or career. We’re proud of their growth and excited to build on these experiences next year. Edison Success Academy Celebrates a Year of Student Exhibitions and Passion Projects
