ON-THE-JOB TRAINING

The On-the-Job Training Program (OJT) is federally funded and helps employers train and hire workers for full-time, long-term employment by reimbursing up to 50% of the wages earned by eligible new trainees during the training period back to the employer.

INCUMBENT WORKER TRAINING

Would you like to upskill your current employees that have been with your organization for over 6 months? Our Incumbent Worker Training program offers funding used for certificates, training, and conferences to help your employees grow and succeed .

Allowable Costs:

Curriculum development Instructor/trainer salaries Textbooks, manuals, training software, materials, and non-consumables Wages paid to employees during trainings may be considered as a source of matching funds on the employer side of training budget
