Café Nuances x Uchronia
Une collaboration audacieuse
Toute nouvelle maison de torréfaction, Café Nuances bouscule les codes du café artisanal et se démarque par un univers inattendu. Charles et Raphaël Corrot, deux frères passionnés de café, offrent à ce grain di- vin une vision contemporaine. À travers une collaboration haute en couleurs, le stu- dio de design Uchronia apporte à Café Nuances son esthétique singulière. La signature moderne et l’es- prit futuriste du studio s’invitent dans leurs trois bou- tiques parisiennes – espresso bars tout en contraste. On ne présente plus l’architecte d’intérieur Julien Sebban derrière Uchronia, qui doit sa renommée à son mobilier coloré et à sa scénographie à la limite du psychédélisme. Retour sur la rencontre du café artisanal et du design. A brand-new roasting house, Café Nuances is a fresh face in hand-crafted coffee which stands out from the crowd. Truly passio- nate about coffee, brothers Charles and Raphaël Corrot have taken a new and contemporary approach to the not-so-humble bean. A partnership with the futuristic Uchronia design studio has added a unique aesthetic to the Parisian Café Nuances boutiques, creating
three espresso bars each with their own distinct style. Uchronia and interior designer Julien Sebban need no introduction, the latter owing his renown to his bold co- lourful furnishings and scenography bordering on the psychedelic.
