PNG with transparency (RGBA) This option turns off your Paper layer and saves a composite of all layers in PNG format with preserved transparency. Regular PNG Exports the project with Paper layer as flat composite PNG image.

JPEG For JPEG format you can set the desired quality. The higher the quality, the larger the resulting file.
Export as WebP format WebP is a new universal image format, supporting transparency More on page 434
WebP You cans set the quality as in JPEG and also turn on/off transparency.
After picking a format and hitting the Create button, you will be offered an option to share the exported file to selected application or send it to a cloud service.
When the exported file is successfully saved the confirmation message is displayed
Info about the file being exported
You may copy the exported file to system clipboard.
You may use this to transfer layers between projects. (Note that this option does not save the file permanently)
This option saves the exported file to the system photoPhotos ™ gallery
Sharing options on your system may look different
Save to Files ™ option gives you access to cloud locations
