Joseph was promoted to Assistant Chief over the Support Bureau which includes Tactical Command and Investigative and Support Command. Sparrow
Pedro Criado was promoted to Deputy Chief over the North Patrol Command and oversees the West, North- west, and North Divisions, and the Traffic Division.
Paula Fimbres was promoted to Deputy Chief over the South Patrol Command and oversees the South, East and Central Divisions, and Com- munity Outreach Division.

Mark Barthen was promoted to West Patrol Commander. West patrol boundaries are from the west bank of the Trinity River to Parker Coun- ty, from Granbury Road to the south, and Jacksboro Highway to the north.
Amy Ladd was promoted to Central Patrol Commander. Central Division is a large, diverse area that includes the Downtown Business Community, Hospital Dis- trict, Texas Wesleyan Uni- versity and many historic neighborhoods.
David Carabajal was promoted to Northwest Patrol Com- mander. Northwest Division is one of the most historic and culturally diverse areas of our city that is experiencing con- stant growth and positive transformation.
