TERMS OF SALE AND RETURN POLICY Root Candles strives to supply a premium quality product to our Church customers. We ask that all deliveries are checked on receipt for accuracy and that no damages have occurred in the shipping process. Any shortages, overages or damages should be noted at the time of the receipt with the carrier and notification sent to Root Candles Customer Service or your Church Sales Representative by phone or e-mail immediately. We will work promptly to correct any shipping errors or difficulties. We recognize that not all problems or concerns with a delivery are evident upon receipt. We ask that you notify Root Candles or your Church Sales Representative immediately upon encountering a potential problem.
RETURN POLICY FOR CHURCH GOODS
Root Candles provides a variety of products through our many Church Goods vendors. All shipping charges for these orders are the responsibility of the customer and do not qualify for any freight allowances. Once placed with Root Candles these orders cannot be cancelled without prior authorization by Root Candles and may be subject to a cancellation fee. All Church Goods orders are subject to the policies and procedures of the specific vendor and supersede Root Candles’ return policy. Returns will only be accepted in instances of damaged goods, order errors or defective product. The Root Candles’ Customer Service Department will evaluate the situation and handle all correspondence and paperwork, making the final determination as to the disposition of the product. In instances where product is to be returned, credit will not be issued until the product is received by the vendor and inspected. Product must be received in saleable condition to receive credit. Replacement product will be invoiced at full price and a credit memo issued separately. The return of any product without prior knowledge or approval is subject to a delay or lack of credit.
