Project Management
Significant experience in a project management role, successfully delivering technically complex and high-value build projects & programmes with values ideally in the range of £10m - £50m. ■ You will bring experience as an Associate or Director level professional with a track record of delivering a range of large-scale construction schemes. ■ Previous experience of working with clients to deliver innovative solutions to ensure schemes are delivered in line with their objectives. ■ Demonstrable experience of leading large project teams and working in a collaborative manner.

A naturally engaging relationship builder, who can evidence experience of developing a trusted network of contacts. Able to lead in a consultative approach in order to further relationships. Working in any or all of 3PM’s emerging markets. ■ You are a self-confident individual who has the ability to influence and engage with all levels both externally and internally. ■ A track record in delivering and achieving repeat business. ■ Evidence of working clients to develop relationships and be retained as “trusted advisor”.
Business Development and Fee Generation
Possessing strong commercial acumen, managing P&L and business development. Experience of growing and developing business within a comparable growing organisation. ■ Previous experience managing a business unit and identifying opportunities to develop. ■ Previous experience working with a comparable organisation or experience of growing a team.
