2020 2nd Quarter Crime Report In the first six months of 2020, NIBRS Group A offenses decreased 1.4% compared to the first six months of 2019. Crimes Against Persons decreased 5.2%, Crimes Against Property increased 5.4%, and Crimes Against Society decreased 39.0%. In the Second Quarter of 2020, offenses decreased 4.4% compared to the Second Quarter of 2019. Crimes Against Persons decreased 8.4%, Crimes Against Property increased 2.6%, and Crimes Against Society decreased 44.3%.
