“There are people who’ve come to the Farmers’ Market for years who are just now learning what we do because we moved outside,” she says. “It’s something we likely wouldn’t have done if COVID-19 hadn’t forced our hand.” “It’s been a long haul for sure,” she says. “In-house groups are typically a big part of what we do here, so not being able to offer those things in person was hard for our membership. When you’re creative, it’s important to have and outlet and a supportive community around you.
