Holiday Magic Lights Up Atlantic Canada! We were thrilled to once again partner with Robert Van Wart and CTV to bring Holiday Magic, presented by Charm Diamond Centres, to viewers across Atlantic Canada—all in support of innovative healthcare at Dartmouth General Hospital. This family-friendly, holiday-themed stage production and television broadcast was a smashing success, raising over $100,000 for kidney health innovation that will advance research, develop new treatments, and drive innovations that will improve care for those affected. Holiday Magic 2025 will see Nancy Regan hosting a live show in Dartmouth on December 6 th , followed by a televised production airing on CTV and Eastlink this December.

The Healthcare Foundations 50/50 Nova Scotia has hit $1 Million in Ticket Sales! From Yarmouth to Cape Breton, the monthly Healthcare Foundations 50/50 lottery has sold over $1 million in tickets—meaning nearly $500,000 has been shared among the 24 participating healthcare foundations, including the DGH Foundation. Each month, net proceeds are divided equally, giving foundations the flexibility to invest in equipment, programs, and staff training, retention, and recruitment. This provincial partnership is delivering results—allowing funds to work in communities across Nova Scotia, helping hospitals and healthcare organizations provide better care, closer to home.
