1. WALKING HAMSTRING STRAIGHT KICKS (“TIN MANS”) Walking straight leg kicks with opposite arm reach. Keep chest lifted. Alternate 20 times each side.

• 2 cups unsweetened Greek yogurt • 1 orange • 1 cup pineapple chunks
