The fact that Outbound subtly forces you out of your comfort zone by bribing you with prizes that you actually want. Myself for example - hates outbound calling - however I was forced to overcome the barrier and just pick up the phone and call clients and potential clients, so then I could log activities, earn coins/points then my rewards store opens up. I still dont like outbound calling however the incentives and rewards that follow it make it worth it.

Outbound has been absolutely brilliant for us at Himac on so many levels. Firstly, it has turned our day to day activity into a huge amount of fun, instead of our sales activity being seen as a chore, our guys really see it as a game to win each day. Secondly, as a very team-oriented business that doesn't pay commission on individual sales, we have finally found a way for the high achievers to really be rewarded for their efforts without taking away from our incredible team-player environment. The phrase I keep hearing from my team is 'I get out what I put in'. Thirdly, it has been an incredible way to drive change and specificity in our processes. In the early days of working with the platform we had a focus on increasing general sales activity as well as some focus on selling specific products, which both saw a huge uptick when we linked success in the game, to making those activities or selling those specific products.
