The motivation levels have seriously increased in our team. It got us out doing things we would never have gone out and done. having extra incentive to give that little extra push and the best part is we are rewarded with prizes from our rewards store we actually want. Just to prove it works..the month we started playing the Outbound Game we hit our biggest ever month and I know for a fact it wouldnt have happened without the motivation and hype that the Outbound Game gives and from the awesome work from Steve and Darc!
