We offer creative and legally required catering courses. Food safety courses are taught at Level 2 and focus on giving you the awareness to ensure food is prepared in accordance with legal obligations.

Meanwhile, the new patisserie and chocolate course is ideal for those who wish to add to their existing skills, learn something new or spend time with old or new friends who share a love of sweet things.
