Indeed, HSDC exists to realise the ambitions of our community – raising aspirations, enabling achievement and fulfilling dreams. The government continues to invest in the National Skills Fund and Adult Learning, and through this HSDC has a range of fully funded courses to help adults train and gain the valuable skills they need to improve their job prospects (criteria applies).
