HSDC Havant & South Downs Adult/Part Time Courses 2021/2022

Built around developing or learning new skills and increasing confidence, we have specifically designed courses (programmes) in partnership with employers, local authorities and job centres, to meet not only your needs but the employment opportunities within our local communities. We offer courses suitable for various industries including Business Administration, Customer Service, Retail, Digital Skills, Warehousing & Storage, IT Users, Prevention & Control of Infection and Hospitality & Catering. We offer these courses mainly face to face, however, some of them are available as an online taught version. We also have a suite of pure distance learning courses available, see page 38.

Using dedicated staff with industry experience and delivering nationally recognised qualifications, these programmes are fully funded if you are unemployed and in receipt of benefits such as UC, JSA and ESA. For full information about these courses (programmes) and how they could help you to find your next job or career, please contact James Lavington or Rachel Walker (james.lavington@hsdc.ac.uk, rachel.walker@hsdc.ac.uk) or call (LPLC number 02392 498640).

We are taking robust measures to ensure that the wellbeing of all students and staff is of paramount importance during the global outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19). We are closely monitoring the official guidance and are vigilant in ensuring all staff and students are constantly updated on the ongoing situation. In the eventuality that start dates of any courses are delayed due to the outbreak moving forward, we will keep applicants fully informed.
