We are committed to supporting our employee’s health and wellbeing. Here at Errigal, we are paying particular attention to mental health, as every year one in four of us experience a mental health problem. However hundreds of thousands of people are still struggling.
Construction has been cited as an industry that suffers from higher than average mental health issues in a government-commissioned report.
We are aware that our clients also have mental health initiatives and campaigns and we will continue to support all initiatives that will promote the importance of health & wellbeing in the industry.
