Ranger was arrested in April, 2013, after an investigation took place due to a complaint made by DriveTest regarding stolen drivers’ tests. «DriveTest» is the brand name for On- tario’s Driver Examination Centres, formerly managed by the Ontario Ministry of Trans- portation (MTO). Serco Canada Inc. is now the private operator of Ontario’s 56 Driver Exami- nation Centres.
