In addition to his redevelop- ment expertise, Marshall is a licensed architect and prior to joining Roseland, worked as such for 10 years. He is also an active member of The Urban Land Institute of Northern New Jersey , the New Jersey Builders Association , and serves as a public officer of the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority . Marshall earned his B.A. in Architecture from the Uni- versity of California, Berke- ley and holds a certificate in Finance for Executives from Wharton University of Penn- sylvania. MAREJ
