career? My father, Jeff Licht head of the Southeast PA office for NAI Mertz, Fred Meyer EVP, Client and Brokerage Services for NAI Mertz, and a client/Mentor Sean Frankel, Frankel Management. Collectively they have instilled in me diligence, hard work and a client centric approach. Little comes easy but is rather a result of the time, intellect and energy invested. Tell us how and when you began your career in the profession you are in, about your current position and why you choose the field/ profession you are in today? Began just after Labor Day 2017. I joined the industry because of my dad and family history in the profession. I saw the ability to work hard and make a good living. I always appreciated my Dad could make the time to coach my teams and was always there for important events. I want to mirror that in my life and so I made a switch

What challenges and or obstacles do you feel you needed to overcome to be - come as successful as you are today? I have a stutter which always made me feel as if I had to work harder than others to prove my value. I am learning that which makes me a little different is not a curse but can be a ben- efit. People tend to listen more intently and let their guard down a bit which can be of help especially when getting past the gatekeeper. What outside activities do you enjoy during you free
