Local pet owners can get their pet spayed or neutered (“fixed”) for $30, no matter if the pet was adopted through CHHS or not. And if $30 is more than their budget allows, CHHS will fix the pet for free. Critter Camp Week-long day camps in the summer for 1st through 5th graders featuring humane education programs including canine body language, dog bite prevention and responsible pet ownership; dog obedience and training demonstrations; plus, exciting guest presentations by wildlife biologists, law enforcement K9 officers and animal welfare experts.
