Key Performance Indicators How we performed

The following financial and strategic measures have been identified as the key performance indicators (“KPIs”) of the Group’s overall performance for the financial year. The underlying figures represent the results for the Group’s activities, excluding underlying adjustments as listed on page 36. These represent alternative performance measures (“APMs”) for the Group. Refer to the Non-IFRS financial information section on page 172 for a glossary of the Group’s APMs, their definition, and the criteria for how underlying adjustments are considered.
