Cornwall welcomes first Tool Library

CORNWALL | Rony Macarone is looking to put area drills and other tools to better use with the opening of the Cornwall Tool Library (CTL). The CTL will work like a regular book library in many ways. An assortment of power and hand tools will be made avail- able to people looking to complete proj- ects at home and at the office. Tools are “borrowed” for a specific period of time, and then returned to the library for others to use. “The tool library will act as a commu- nity resource that will reduce the burden of improving and greening the places where

The Cornwall Tool Library will open its doors officially on October 11. It will be located at 10-A Fourth St. E. in Downtown Cornwall.

A play, written by NormFoster and directed by Mike Petrinka, is soon to be entertain- ing audiences in Cornwall. Self-Help is the story of Hal and Cindy Savage, two strug- gling actors who reinvent themselves as self-help gurus and, much to their surprise, become the world’s most revered relationship experts. Unfortunately, while their ca- reers skyrocket, their marriage goes into a nosedive, and they soon find themselves scrambling to protect their reputations. The show starts on October 17 at the Dream Builders Studios.
