A NEW GENERATION

THE NEXT GENERATION FOR YOUR APPLICATIONS

For more than 60 years Tsubaki KabelSchlepp™ has been developing and providing products to handle industrial cable management needs in the toughest of applications. Such innovation has resulted in industry specific developments of our cable carriers for a variety of industry segments, such as machine tool, port and cranes, medical and laboratory technology, Oil and Gas, industrial robots, and even space travel. One example of our dedication to quality is the UNIFLEX cable carrier line. This product range has proven its level of dependability with millions of carriers currently in operation.

In response to increased customer application demands, we have continuously expanded our product range and are now able to develop new application options with improved features. We are pleased to present the next generation of our cable carriers. With the new UNIFLEX ADVANCED, TKA, and Easytrax and QuickTrax lines added to our product offering, we have once again increased what’s possible with a cable carrier. This increased range of products, with improved features insures that you get the perfect solu- tion for your application in terms of performance, quality, and choice of materials. Like our cable carriers, Tsubaki KabelSchlepp is always in motion.

THE TWO-COMPONENT TECHNOLOGY OF THE QT0320

The two-component technology of the QT0320 combines two seemingly incompatible features: stability and flexibility. Cable carriers need to be extremely sturdy, with extensive self-supporting length. At the same time, cables need to be inserted easily for fast cable laying. The QT0320 meets these

requirements thanks to its innovative design and material combination of a hard cable carrier body made from glass fiber-reinforced material and brackets with a film hinge made from rigid special plastic.

CABLES FOR CABLE CARRIERS TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP cables were developed specifi- cally for use in cable carriers. The reliable, durable yet inex- pensive cables can even be used outdoors under adverse environmental conditions, e.g. in port crane systems which impose stringent demands on motor and control cables due to long travel lengths and high travel speeds.
