Exercise Essentials Try these exercises to help maintain a healthy body

PRAYER STRETCH

PELVIC TILT

Good stretch to help your lower back

Good stretch if you sit at a computer all day

While lying on your back, use your stomach muscles to press your back into the floor. Repeat 8 times.

While in a crawl position, slowly lower your buttocks towards your feet until a stretch is felt along your back and/or buttocks.Hold for 4 seconds repeat 3 times.
