Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2023 The CIPP’s twenty-fifth AGM is taking place at 11:00 on 29 March 2023 at the Eastside Rooms, Woodcock Street, Birmingham, B7 4BL. The AGM will conduct the following ordinary business: To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolutions which will be proposed as ordinary resolutions: ● election of board members ● approval of accounts for the year ended 30 June 2022 ● re-appointment of auditors. The meeting will also transact the following business: ● approval of the minutes of the AGM held on 30 March 2022 ● any other business.
