Fitness Services ANCC’s Fitness Services are committed to assisting you in attaining your optimal physical well-being. Our team of nationally certified Fitness Professionals possess extensive knowledge in general fitness and specializations in weight loss, women’s fitness, and athletic performance. Our personalized and buddy training programs are meticulously designed to align with your unique fitness goals. Furthermore, we offer small group training sessions for individuals who value collaborative workouts with their peers. Group Fitness This September, all group fitness classes are complimentary! From yoga to strength and everything in between, it’s the perfect way to refresh your routine and discover new favorites. Simply register through the Calendar tab on our website or app to save your spot. Think of it as a “try before you buy” month—fall back into your fitness routine now and keep the momentum going in October! Our Junior Fitness Program was created to help our Juniors build safe and consistent habits when using the fitness and wellness center. Juniors aged 13-15 must complete a two-session certification ($120), while juniors aged 16/17 complete a one session ($65) fitness and wellness orientation. Fitness & Wellness Fitness Overview
The Fitness and Wellness department at Army Navy Country Club offers a variety of services to help you on your fitness and wellness journey. From personal training and group classes, to massage therapy, assisted stretching and wellness activities. Our goal is to make the Fitness and Wellness Center the hub of all of your activities at ANCC.
