The 40-something who’s hitting her stride as a leader and mentor. The 50-something who’s combining decades of expertise with newfound digital fluency. And the 60-something who’s redefining what it means to be a senior professional in the modern world. What’s truly exciting is how these generations aren’t just coexisting—they’re collaborating, learning from each other, and creating a DHL we all want.
