7) Something has been broken... what's your process for collecting reimbursement and replacing? As the owner, how involved do I need to be in this process?

Vision Stays: A $96 fee is charged to each guest at the time of booking, labeled as a “Management / Damage Protection Fee.” This covers up to $5,000 in accidental damage for the duration of the guest’s stay.‌ Instead of you having to chase down guests or file claims, we handle everything.‌ Our cleaners take detailed photos of the property after each turnover.‌ If something is missing or damaged, we identify it quickly and act immediately.‌ We replace or repair affected items and handle all coordination, receipts, and reporting on your behalf.‌ With Vision Stays' damage protection, you get the confidence of knowing your investment is secure—without the headaches.
