ERSEY CITY, NJ — Jersey City Mayor Ste- ven Fulop recently joined developer Manhattan Building Company to cel- ebrate the launch of leasing for the newest phase of the SoHo West (South of Hoboken, West of NYC) community, an emerging neighborhood mix- ing luxury residences with shops and retail on the border of Jersey City and Hoboken. Mayor Fulop cut a ceremoni- al ribbon to signify the public opening of Soho Lofts, a new collection of 377 luxury apart- ments and state-of-the-art, resort-like amenities located at 273 16th St. The industrial- inspired community offers one-, two-, three and four- bedroom apartments, as well as a limited number of private townhome rentals. City Homes and Gardens, which is directing the build- ing’s leasing and marketing program, has debuted Soho Lofts from an onsite leasing office with fully-furnished models merchandised by re- nowned interior designer Kim Depole . “The initial phase of SoHo West, the Cast Iron Lofts Col- lection, put this neighborhood on the map and is now home to more than 800 residents,” J Shippensburg, PA — High Associates announced the sale of a 24 unit (72 bed) student housing complex in Shippensburg University for $1.7 million. Matthew Wolf and Michael Bowser both established brokers with High Associates represented the seller and procured the buyer. Built in 1997, Britton Court is situated on 1.81 acres and located just a block from the Shippensburg University cam- pus. The complex is comprised of two brick buildings each consisting of 12 units and an on-site parking lot with 104 parking spaces. Each unit has three bedrooms, a full bath- room and are 850 s/f.
