Plaza Grande at Garden State Park, a 55 and over luxury condominium community on Thursday, November 9, 2017, to see the revitalization of what was once the Garden State Park Racetrack. The tour included artifacts from the historic racetrack and featured Anthony S. “Tony” Black, a record-holding jockey in North American Thor- oughbred horse racing.
