Daniel D. Cronheim,Esq., CPM, President & General Counsel of Cronheim Management Services, Inc., AMO and David Cronheim Mortgage Corp., recipient of IREM’s New Jersey Chapter No. 1’s CPM of the Year Award and also the President’s Award. A member of the Board of Director’s for Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation, a NYSE REIT for more than 25 years, Dan has also served as Chairman of the Watchung Borough Zoning Board of Adjustment for 24 years. He is a member of and teaches continuing education classes for the New Jersey Bar Association Land Use Committee. He is also a member of the NJ NAIOP Hall of Fame and a continuing education instructor, licensed by the NJ Real Estate Commissions. Dan appears as a regular panelist for the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal seminars.

A member of IREM’s Del Val Chapter NO. 3, Jim is a third generation Realtor (43 years) holding many professional designations, i.e., CCIM, CRB, GRI, FRICS, SIOR. A few of his many accomplishments are as follows: Treasurer of NAR (2008 – 2010), Member of NAR Board of Directors (1989-1999) awarded a lifetime NAR membership, NAR Regional VP for Region II (2001), inducted into NAR’s RPAC Hall of Fame (2009), President’s Circle Member for seven years, one of only two Distinguished Service Award recipients (2014), recipient of Hall of Leaders award by REBI (2015) and elected first VP of the REBI Inst. for 2018. Jim served as president of PA Assoc. of REALTORS (1994) and serves as life member of PAR’s Board. He is the recipient of Del Val Chapter’s CPM of the Year Award (1987 & 2016) and is a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Arkansas.

Lacy holds multiple designations in the Federally Subsidized, Rural Development and Low Income Housing Tax Credit fields, including Assisted Housing Property Manager, C10P (Tax Credit), R515-STAR (Rural Development) and is a Certified Fair Housing Coordinator. Christine Lacy has published two property management manuals: The Merry Manager Manual and Two Better Halves – The Service Coordinator/Resident Manager Relationship. In 2016, Southern NJ Chapter presented Lacy with the CPM of the Year Award.
