Acquires Streetsense’s retail brokerage operations CBRE enhances its national retail capabilities

investment in Streetsense, CBRE has acquired Street- sense’s retail brokerage op- eration, which serves clients in the greater Washington, DC market. The firm’s 17 professionals have joined CBRE and the new broker- age business will be called Streetsense|CBRE . The combination of Streetsense’s and CBRE’s highly talented professionals significantly strengthens CBRE’s pres- ence in the Washington, DC. market and further solidifies its best-in-class retail offering nationally.

The single-tenant property is fully-leased to leading New Jersey-based convenience store chain, QuickChek. With over 149 locations, QuickChek Corporation is the premier convenience store chain in the New York City MSA employing over 4,000 people with an annual revenue of over one billion dollars. QuickChek strate- gically locates their stores throughout New Jersey and New York in high-traffic and high-visibility locations. The Emerson site is strategically located on an outparcel to a Super Stop & Shop and Mar- shalls anchored retail center.
