Who Gets to Be Mothers of Town Creek Farm Bulls?

We don't often talk about cow herds as the key to producing reliable, predictable bulls. We're con f ident that few Brahman-in f luenced seedstock providers have applied as much careful T hsee rl ee catl i sotnr et no gi mt h porfotvhee mb ua tl lesr no ua lr acnuds tpormo de rusc tcihoonotsrea ictos mi ne tshfer oi rmc ot wh ehi emr pd rs easss iTvoewg ne nCertei ce kp oF at er nmt i. a l , production quality, and economic performance of the cows that produce them. Ensuring that the feet and leg structure are solid is truly fundamental in our herds. A cow’s four legs are her primary means of movement, supporting her daily activities. Having strong, healthy feet and mobility is essential for cows to comfortably travel across pastures for food, water, and breeding opportunities, which also contribute to their overall longevity in the herd. We evaluate feet every year for yearling heifers and cows, and any cow that shows signs of unsoundness is thoughtfully removed to maintain the health and well-being of our herd. We are committed to caring for our animals with the utmost attention and responsibility. Our cows need to have healthy udders and good suspensions, produce enough milk, and be protective mothers to stay as a part of the herd. The way a cow delivers milk is one of the most important traits we look at. Every cow and heifer is scored for teat and udder quality when they calve. Cows who do not meet these standards, are removed from the herd after weaning. Cow docility and behavior truly shape our herd. Disruptive cows leave the ranch. Bad dispositions can be inherited, learned, or caused by how we manage them. We have the power to influence all three aspects. Every cow that is open is removed from our herd. You’ll be surprised how uniform and consistent your cowherd will become by culling open cows. Cows that survive the test of bringing a calf to the weaning pens every year are cows that fit and thrive in your environment. Fertility cannot be treated as a secondary trait specifically if you are supplying breeding animals to customers. Our cows never have a chance NOT to be in production. When a female does not breed, no other trait matters . Dry cows are removed from the herd. They're not the same as open cows. A dry cow was once confirmed pregnant through palpation, but unfortunately, she lost her calf either before or during calving season. These freeloader cows are promptly culled from our system. Every cow that becomes a dam of a sale bull has tested negative for Johnes. Any positive cows and their calves have been removed from our herd. UNLEASH THE POWER OF TOWN CREEK FARM BULLS

These cows are the mothers of our bulls.

COMMERCIAL BRED HEIFERS

HEIFER SALE GUIDELINES • Heifers are second generation or more Town Creek Farm genetics.

QUALITY ASSURANCE COMES FIRST. This heifer program offers Town Creek Farm customers a marketing opportunity for their heifers. Fenco Farms will continue to offer this opportunity. The heifer offerings are ranch-raised or source-verified, genetically tracked, and uniform heifers are bred to Town Creek Farm bulls. Heifers are black (white acceptable on udder) and will likely produce black calves, but no guarantees on calf color. Sale heifers are viewable at the Town Creek Farm Sale Facility from October 16-18, 2025. They will be sold in groups of five via video, with buyers able to buy up to three pens from the same consignor at the set price. Beyond three pens, prices are re-established through a bidding process.

• Heifers are bred to Town Creek Farm bulls suitable for calving ease on heifers and bred for 60 days or less. • Heifers are bred to calve at 30 months of age or younger. • Heifers have been certified safe in calf or confirmed bred by a veterinarian or ultrasound technician within 30 days of the sale (certification is mailed to buyers after completion of sale). Pregnant heifers are considered breeders without further guarantee.

can handle them on foot. They've become by far the gentlest group we've ever raised. Plus, they're completely broken to a single-strand electric polywire fence, making them easy to manage.

Group 1: Brangus heifers sired by Town Creek Farm bulls and out of Town Creek Farm Brangus dams. Bred to low birthweight TCF Integrity 9733G and TCF Integrity 036F7. Calving from November 5, 2025 to December 29, 2025. Group 2: Brangus heifers sired by Town Creek Farm bulls and out of Town Creek Farm Brangus dams. Bred to TCF Integrity

LOTS 256 - 265 Megehee Cattle Company, Jacob Megehee (662)361-1941 • Macon, Mississippi 22-YEAR CONSIGNOR

These Brangus heifers are sired by CCR Sleep Easy 9L2, CCR Integrity 355S4, CCR Thunder 641R4, and CCR Integrity 036P9. They are bred to TCF Integrity 994G2 and TCF Rapid Reward 743H. Calving from November 30, 2025 to January 26, 2026. Comments: Using Cow Creek and Town Creek bulls since 1999, we have focused on low birthweight bulls, building our Brangus-based herd by saving back heifers with good attitudes to have multiple generations of Town Creek genetics. Our herd is user-friendly, easy calving, and easy keeping. They raise their calves on grass in summer and hay with protein supplement in winter to keep our herd in good condition year-round. The heifers' pelvic measurements were taken on June 11, 2025. Every heifer measured 218 square centimeters or more. LOTS 266 - 285 Montgomery Farms, Mark Montgomery, (256)476-1268 • Moulton, Alabama 17-YEAR CONSIGNOR Brangus and Ultrablack heifers sired by TCF Integrity 96J2. Heifers bred to calving ease TCF Pathfinder 2028K2. Calving from November 28, 2025 to January 28, 2026. Comments: These are a nice set of bucket-broke, easy- keeping heifers that were worked on four-wheelers and on foot. After weaning, the heifers were raised on grass and hay supplemented with feed. Overall, this is a solid group of heifers.

Calving from March 4, 2026 to April 12, 2026 . Comments: River Oaks Farm takes pride in offering some of the most highly desirable, ranch-ready replacement heifers in the industry. This is an impressive and dependable group of strong, functional heifers that ranchers will truly appreciate.

Calving from January 23, 2026 to March 24, 2026 . Comments: It's been such a joy to watch this group of forage- developed heifers grow and develop. We weaned them last fall and fed them with buckets for just 45 days. Afterwards, they were moved onto some of the best ryegrass we've seen in years, with no supplemental feed and minimal hay. They are by far the gentlest set we have ever raised, and basically anyone

fertility, and steady growth. Well-tamed and adaptable, they’re accustomed to handling on foot, horseback, or ATV. Sired by Town Creek’s elite bulls, they offer maternal efficiency, structural correctness, and calm dispositions — hardy, low-input cattle that add long-term value to any herd. LOTS 341 - 364 Spur W Cattle Company, Corey and Bonnie White (662)803-8815 • Preston, Mississippi 4-YEAR CONSIGNOR These Brangus heifers represent decades of Town Creek Farm genetics with great maternal qualities. Group 1: Heifers A.I.’d to TCF Sleep Easy 241K22. A.I. breeding followed by pasture bull breeding to TCF Sleep Easy 46H and TCF Rapid Reward 78L2. Calving from December 20, 2025 to February 18, 2026 . Group 2: Heifers bred to TCF Integrity 4861L6 and TCF Rapid Reward 78L2. Calving from February 20, 2026 to April 21, 2026 Comments: These docile, moderate frame heifers are hand- fed daily while our seven-year-old daughter, Nora Kate, walks the bunks. Heifers are worked on horse, ATV and foot. Spur W specializes in heifer development, so be assured these heifers are on the right track. These are the stoutest females we have offered, and we are proud of their performance. Great addition to any herd!.

Town Creek Farm multi-gen heifers sired by TCF Integrity 100J6 and TCF Rapid Reward 698F4. Bred to calving ease bull TCF Sleep Easy 610J3. Calving from November 11, 2025 to January 12, 2026 .

LOTS 301 - 330 Longino Ranch, Inc. Cliff Coddington, Manager (941)737-7859 • Sidell, Florida 11-YEAR CONSIGNOR

Brangus heifers representing 16 generations of Town Creek Farm and Cow Creek Ranch genetics. Heifers were A.I.’d to TCF Integrity 4861F7 and TCF Sleep Easy 241K22. Followed with pasture service by TCF Rapid Reward 1K2, TCF Rapid Reward 610L, TCF Integrity 312L4. Calving from November 27, 2025 to January 20, 2026 . Comments: Longino Ranch, is a large ranch located in Southwest Florida, along the eastern border of Sarasota County lying due north of Charlotte Harbor. The ranch is about 50% improved pasture with the remaining 50% in native flat woods, hammocks, and wetlands. A very tough environment. Cattle are managed mostly on horseback, but will come to a side-by-side, tractor, or pickup. Over the last 20 years, we have stacked Cow Creek Ranch and Town Creek Farms genetics into our cow herd to make a cow that is efficient. She will eat low-quality forage, keep a body score of five or better, reproduce each year while raising a calf on her side that will compete with most any other calf in the feedyard. These heifers are right out of the top of our heifer replacements. Heifers are bred at 12 to 14 months of age, where we get between 55% to 60% bred by AI. To say that they are highly fertile would be an understatement. This set of heifers should fit anyone’s outfit. These heifers have small swallowfork ear notches for each set of vaccinations while on the ranch. LOTS 331 - 340

■ BREED Brangus are (3/8) Brahman and (5/8) Angus according to By-Laws of International Brangus Breeders Association. Ultrablacks are registered composite animals with validated and documented lineage that are between 12.5% and 87.5% Brangus breeding. VigorMax™ is a trademarked name by Town Creek Farm to identify animals that are 50% Brahman and 50% Angus. They also are identified as half-bloods. ■ PERCENT ANGUS Percent Angus and Brahman stated on each lot as determined by DNA testing with Igenity® Indicus by Neogen. ■ EPDS EPDs are an estimate of an animal’s genetic merit for a particular trait. BW Birth Weight. Predicts size of calf. CED Calving Ease Direct is expressed as a difference in percentage of unassisted births, with a higher value indicating greater calving ease in first-calf heifers. It predicts the average difference in ease with which a sire's calves will be born when he is bred to first-calf heifers. WW Weaning Weight. YW Yearling Weight Milk Milk TM Total Maternal (one-half weaning plus milk) CEM Calving Ease Maternal is expressed in weight as a difference in percentage of unassisted births with higher values indicating greater calving ease in first-calf daughters. It predicts the average ease with which a sire's daughters will calve as first-calf heifers when compared to daughters of other sires. SC Scrotal Circumference REA Ribeye Area IMF % Intramuscular Fat HEIFER PREG Heifer Pregnancy EPD measures the probability that a cow will have a calf as a two-year-old. STAYABILITY measures the probability that a cow will still be in the herd at six years old. COW WT. Mature Cow Weight EPD is a prediction of the cow’s weight as a five-year-old with adjustments for age and body condition score. TI Terminal Index is a function of birth, weaning, and yearling weights, milk, ultrasound, ribeye area and intramuscular fat. FI Fertility Index will be a function of the heifer pregnancy, stayability, mature cow weight, and intramuscular fat, among other fertility measurements.

■ HEIFER BULL Bulls marked heifer bulls (upper right hand corner of each bull lot) are suitable to use on virgin heifers. ■ BULL-AI Bull was conceived by artificial insemination. ■ BULL-N Bull was conceived by natural bull service. ■ BULL-ET Bull was conceived from embryo and raised by recipient dam.

■ POLLED/SCURS Smooth polled or scurs. ■ INDIVIDUAL BULL PERFORMANCE BIRTH WEIGHT is actual birth weight of the bull.

WEANING WEIGHTS are adjusted to 205 days (weaning weight). Bulls were weaned in different contemporary groups and some were raised at different environmental locations. These factors should be considered when comparing weaning weights. YEARLING WEIGHTS are actual weights on ultrasound dates or adjusted to 365 days of age. ■ AGE OF DAM Age of Dam is the age of the bull’s mother (dam) when she calved (with the bull lot being sold). ■ ACTUAL YEARLING ULTRASOUND Measurements listed are actual ultrasound measurements taken by Donnie Robertson in April 2025 and November 2024. The measurements are not adjusted for age. FAT (also called fat thickness or backfat) is an external fat measurement in inches taken between the 12th and 13th ribs. IMF Intramuscular fat (IMF) is measured as a percentage of fat. Percent IMF is an indicator trait for marbling. REA/CWT Ribeye area per hundred weight is calculated in square inches of ribeye area per 100 lbs. of weight (cwt) at ultrasound. ■ IN-HERD INDEXES Town Creek Farm produces an in-herd analysis of the Town Creek Farm bull offering on adjusted phenotypic data collection points. These numbers represent a validation of the individual animal rankings of the Town Creek Farm bull offering. Ranking is from 0 (lowest) to 1.0 (highest). CEI Calving Ease.
