COMMERCIAL BRED HEIFERS
HEIFER SALE GUIDELINES • Heifers are second generation or more Town Creek Farm genetics.
QUALITY ASSURANCE COMES FIRST. This heifer program offers Town Creek Farm customers a marketing opportunity for their heifers. Fenco Farms will continue to offer this opportunity. The heifer offerings are ranch-raised or source-verified, genetically tracked, and uniform heifers are bred to Town Creek Farm bulls. Heifers are black (white acceptable on udder) and will likely produce black calves, but no guarantees on calf color. Sale heifers are viewable at the Town Creek Farm Sale Facility from October 16-18, 2025. They will be sold in groups of five via video, with buyers able to buy up to three pens from the same consignor at the set price. Beyond three pens, prices are re-established through a bidding process.
• Heifers are bred to Town Creek Farm bulls suitable for calving ease on heifers and bred for 60 days or less. • Heifers are bred to calve at 30 months of age or younger. • Heifers have been certified safe in calf or confirmed bred by a veterinarian or ultrasound technician within 30 days of the sale (certification is mailed to buyers after completion of sale). Pregnant heifers are considered breeders without further guarantee.
