AL SALE INFORMATION
SALE LOT EAR TAGS ON CATTLE Ear tags on animals correspond to lot numbers listed in the sale catalog. SALE ORDER Bulls will sell in lot order. An individual video of each bull lot (Lots 1-132) will appear on viewing screens as lots are sold. Top quality bulls will sell throughout the entire sale as bulls are sold individually by pen group. Commercial bred heifers will be sold in groups of five (±) head by consignor. Groups will appear on viewing screens as they are sold per supplement sheet. Buyers have option to roll two pens of heifers at established price as long as heifers are from the same consignor. After three pens, price is reestablished through the bidding process. CATTLE LOADOUT Cattle may be loaded on Saturday, October 18, 2025, after 2 pm, or Sunday, October 19, 2025. TRUCKING At the conclusion of the sale, please inform sale clerk of your hauling instructions. Town Creek Farm makes every effort to assist in coordinating reliable and economical trucking arrangements. Trucking expense is responsibility of the buyer.
BREEDING GUARANTEE All bulls selling have passed semen evaluations performed by Pallone Veterinary Service, Dr. Mike Pallone, Rose Bud, Arkansas. See terms on page 43. TRICHOMONIASIS TESTED Bulls tested negative for Trichomoniasis on October 2, 2025, by Dr. Mike Pallone. BVD-PI TESTED Bulls are ear-notched and have tested negative for persistent infection with bovine viral diarrhea (BVD-PI) on October 2, 2025, by Dr. Mike Pallone. GUARANTEED JOHNES-FREE All bulls are out of dams that tested negative for Johnes. Bulls are considered Johnes-Free and guaranteed as stated. GENETIC CONDITIONS Bulls identified by pedigrees as potential carriers of genetic conditions were tested. RETAINED SEMEN INTEREST IN BULLS Town Creek Farm retains one-half revenue sharing semen interest in bulls. Buyers have full possession of bulls and 100 percent salvaged value of bulls unless noted in sale day supplement sheet or in the sale catalog.
