Mentoring Bonus: You can qualify to earn the Mentoring Bonus each time one of your personal enrollees advances to Director through Senior Director. You will earn an amount equal to 50% of the Advancement or Pacesetter Bonus paid to your advancing personal Directors through the Status of Senior Director. Note: Melaleuca’s mission is to help people reach their goals. The better you are at helping others reach their goals, the more you will benefit financially. And the more that your support team helps you reach your goals, the more they will benefit financially.
To qualify for the Mentoring Bonus, your Commission Rate must be equal to or higher than that of your advancing personal enrollee each time they advance in Status.
Critical Activity Bonus: Marketing Executives with a minimum Commission Rate of Director 3 and above can qualify for the Critical Activity Bonus once they have been with Melaleuca for a minimum of three months. To qualify for the Critical Activity Bonus, you must focus on enrolling new customers, developing personal leadership, growing your business and maintaining a healthy personal customer retention of at least 90% based on a three-month average.

Financial Wellness Bonus: Marketing Executives can qualify to receive the P20,000 monthly Financial Wellness Bonus the month they advance to Senior Director and meet the following criteria: 1. Financial Wellness Form submitted to the Coaching & Leader Development Team. 2. Maintain a Commission Rate of Senior Director or above. Notes: 1. Enrollments and leadership development can be from home and international markets except China. 2. Growth from your personally enrolled customers excludes inheritances and growth from your organization customers excludes rollups. 3. The new personal Director or Director 3 must be developed in the current or prior two months and maintain their Commission Rate in the current month. 4. Personal Customer Retention is determined by the number of active Members who shopped from the previous month and shopped again in the current month (excluding inheritances).
