The core of the company is represented by the processing and assembly department, which provide ready for integration or turnkey assembled structures and handling solutions.
The production department boasts a fully equipped workshop with machining centers, CNC cutting machines and a fully auto- mated cutting and machining line, a potential which allows to turn A lusic ’s aluminium profiles into precisely cut and machined assembly components. These products are then assembled by skilled operators of the assembly department supported by specialised technicians of the production office. The most advanced drawing, simulation and prototyping systems allow the internal design department to guide and support the customers throughout all the project phases.

Il cuore dell’azienda è rappresentato dal reparto di trasformazione e montaggio, in grado di fornire strutture assemblate e soluzioni di movimentazione pronte per l’integrazione o chiavi in mano. Il reparto di produzione vanta un’officina attrezzata con centri di lavoro, taglierine CNC e di una linea completamente automatizzata di taglio e lavora- zione, un potenziale che permette di trasformare i profili in alluminio A lusic in particolari da costruzione tagliati e lavorati con precisione. Questi prodotti vengono poi assemblati da esperti operatori del reparto di montaggio assistiti dai tecnici specializzati dell’ufficio di produzione. I più avanzati sistemi di disegno, simulazione e prototipazione permettono invece al reparto interno di progettazione di guidare e assistere i clienti in ogni fase dello sviluppo.
