HCR NAUTILUS 5175 PLD Nautilus was our high selling bull in our 2023 Bull Sale going to Reigns Ranch, Clear Lake, MN. We have continued to use him and are pleased with our results. The next six bulls are sired by Nautilus which makes them Centurion grandsons. Nautilus sports a Milk EPD ranking in the top 3%. Carcass weight, REA and Marbling ranking top 4%, 20% and 8%. His TSI is in the top 7%. Nautilus is going to leave us a nice set of milking females. He is Homozygous Polled and PA Free

A Nautilus X Pyramid mating. Pyramid has been the mainstay for years at HCR. Nautilus 5175 has an excellent spread from birth (-2.0) to yearling (+137). He sports an excellent TSI of +288. This bulls marbling EPD indicates what his sires numbers say he should - high marbling.
A nice, patterned son of Nautilus. His dam developed udder problems and is no longer in the herd. Attribute his moderate weaning statistics to that. Calving Ease and lower birth weight would be expected from his progeny. Take advantage of hybrid vigor with a calving ease Charolais bull on smaller commercial cows.
